What means exactly when you say than a package is "e-Commerce enabled" ?
Is just that I can run an osCommerce or cubecart, or is something more ? (like dedicated ip, ssl cert, etc) ?

"e-Commerce enabled" means that we have different scripts enabled as osCommerce, cubecart and some others. Dedicated IPs and ssl certificatese are bought separately.

Do you sell ssl certificates?
and if so, what certificate and how much per year?

Of course. A certificate costs $95 annually + a dedicated IP will cost you 3$ per month
