when i type my domain name weicheah.com, its doesnt go to the index file i wanted. I tried adding an index file both in the wwwroot folder and outside of it.. still it doesnt connect me to it. How do i make this work?

cpanel link is a link to your server, e.g:
http://207.44.244.81:2082It should be in your account activation e-mail. Have you received it BTW at all?

The reason was that nameservers for your domain were incorrect.
I've changed them to the correct.
Your domain will work in about 24 hours.
