Hello,
We are going to start shopping around for a dependable host, but we are only a couple of months into our renewal at Hostony for this year. We have already pre-paid for the entire year. Can Hostony refund the portion that we do not use once we locate and move to the new host? It may take another month or so to find a suitable candidate which will leave around 9 months that we have already paid for here. Since we will be freeing up that space on your servers can you refund us that 9 months payment since you can re-sell it?

I would hate for this topic to drop to the bottom of the Hostony dung pile without getting answered (as most do these days).
Would it be possible for a Hostony billing representative to respond to this post?
No wait, maybe I should ask this first - Is there still a billing dept. at Hostony?

Yes there is a billing department. Please write them an e-mail : billing@hostony.com or open at trouble ticket : support.hostony.com(billing department). Their response time is 24 hours except weekends.
