support: /home/inphanta/public_html/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi
the person caught: i send out updates to my members
the person caught: is there a limit?
support: Sorry, but 20 000 updates is too much
the person caught: 20,000!!!!
support: You know that your account can be terminated without any warning in this case acording to asup?
the person caught: no i didnt not...sorry
support: All I can advise for you is upgrade for a VPS
the person caught: VPS?
support: Yes, virtual private server
the person caught: ok, wekll i didnt kno there was a limit to how many emails, i wont sed out so many, if i get suspended again ill have to update
the person caught: its my fault for most, its not spam mail, its to mymembers
support: we can't unsuspend your account till you upgrade for a VPS
the person caught: can i do that now
the person caught: i need this up asapo
support: I understand it, but the rules are strict for unsolicited mail
support: Please discuss this with our billing department as soon as possible
the person caught: ok
the person caught: how can i get ahold of them
support: their e-mail is billing@hostony.com
the person caught: anything i should say in specific?
the person caught: these email are not unsolicited...when members sign up there have an option to recieve emails
support: Just tell them that you send too much mail
the person caught: and they checked the box

Of course not, Martin. There are more proofs and evidence on a VPS, besides the spammer's account is immediately terminated after it is revealed, no refunds for spammers!!!

Don't worry!
