This Support was e-mailed to me on the 3rd of April '05, today's current date is the 20th of April, '05.

I've already read a post by one of the Hostony staff stating that the usual renewal time is 24 Hours, try 17 lots of 24 hours. ~_~ Not to mention, the monthly payment of 9.95 is still being drawn out of my Visa, I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving and fed up with the wait.

What action is gonna be taken from this pooint?
