Kendric Moxon and Bonnie, we have noticed that too. You know, we are not to blame that some users, not minding the AUP agreement, are hosting different kinds of chat and live response programs. Today we have found one "humble" user whose chat caused extreme slowness on the 23-d server. I suppose you have already noticed that the load average is much lower now. But, nevertheless, sorry for this mess. We have to be always on guard

Could you take another look at Server 23, though? Perhaps this person is running their chat again? CPanel is once again VERYslow!
