As a customer of hostony I now have seen 2 web site changes and I most say that they are good,
I like the new support/billing area its a touch confusing in some areas but other than that its great.
I would also like to say that Vadim has been a great help to me today in helping me with getting information on my upgrade.
I have came across very pushy and nearly agressive at times in my chat with this support staff on msn messanger but he has handeled himself well, and has been a great help, I really think the new support methods is very handy for those people who have simple questions to ask support staff instead of having top log in and open a new ticked, I have so far spoken to 3 people on msn and all 3 have been very helpful to me in advising me on news and things that I can do.
I still think reposne time for there support & billing tickets could be improved but I am sure in time they will do so.
