Everytime I upload a single file, I get "error" instead of "transfer"
Any ideas on why this is happening?

I have recently had a problem with people trying to use ft.yoururl.com in a web browser to to things latly maybe its a wide bug afecting all uploading stuff I am not sure.
but what do you use to upload files?

Dark Hedgehog, are you using passive mode?
You can open a ticket mentioning your FTP username and password. We'll investigate it for you.
