Email was down all day yesterday and one of our websites is down this morning.
This place is falling to pieces man. You guys need to stop and take inventory. You are starting to do a really, really bad job, and I don't know if we will be able to stay.

Dear Glide, the problem is that our datacentre has temporary network problems now. I have called them up at least 3 times already and they claim to be doing their best.
All the sites will be up as soon as possible.
We are sorry to find ourselves in such an awkward situation.

I'm sorry to find you in such an awkward position also. Sounds like to me that you need a new datacenter - I don't care what the problem is - FIX IT !

are ns19.hostony & ns18.hostony servers still down too?
my sites go up and down like a yoyo...... this is getting real old real fast
