I have ordered the special plan and I've received a mail which tells me than it is necessary to voice confirmate the order. Is necessary? My english level is far from good and speaking and understanding the spoken english could be complicated (sorry! )

Any alternative way to confirm the order? Nobody in your staff speaks spanish?

ive never heard that expression, might be "argentina only" i would say de nada

Maybe, here we use "de nada" too, but is more informal.
We also say "No hay porque", or "No hay de que"
