It is not a problem. Actually I needed to ask someone from support about my ticket 3331a30b7308 (opened 9 hours ago). It is supposed to be transfered from billing department to support team and refers to upgrade procedure. What I actually need at the moment is to know how long this upgrade will take to make some nesessary arrangements for my company. Can you send me some information regarding to this matter?
