can anyone explain Dedicated IP?i mean its for what .any effect or benefit for my site?

One advantage will be that your server IP will not get blacklisted because your email server does not use the same IP address than all other websites (and possible spammers) that reside on the same server as you are.

one more litell help just want to ask.i just thought by blacklisting webpages.though i am not blacklisted but still i am nott get rank in search engines.just my pages get link only no related or similar pages.
so i am thinking to pay for get ranked to some sites like http://www.submitpro.us/ so this will really works?waiting your replies please this problem biggest problem i am facing now.plz don`t tell me about exchanging banners.ok if i got to pay to get ranked ok i will pay but directly to google is littel expensive that why i am think this option to pay some one and get in the search engines..
