I've read on these boards that is difficult (at best) to get ahold of the billing department.

About 36 hours ago ... I sent in a email ... haven't heard anything ...

18 hours ago ... I opened up a ticket (3808) for the billing departmet ...

Still haven't heard anything ...

What is going on ??

I Put a support ticket into them 2 days ago and have not heard a thing! I thought they were meant to reply in 24 hours. after weeks of poor support and lack of information I am considering leaving Hostony
