I am interested in your hosting packages. I do have a question though. What type of programming support do you offer? Let's say I purchase a php script from someone other than you, and I'm having a minor problem tweeking it. Is there someone I can contact to help me? I do mean minor issues. I can do most things myself, but every once in a while, I need a little help. I am unhappy with my current host, because once in a blue moon I need some help and it's not there.

If somebody has problems with script intallation we can help .
But we do it if the problem is not in the script
We can help also to tune common settings etc...
