I have four open tickets that are being worked by support staff. It seems that they are not online as no action or updates have occured since yesterday morning. Now I am not one to complain and generally keep my help tickets focused with support but I am increasingly concerned for the lack of staff visibility and action, even if just a simple update to say they are working an issue and please stand-by.
I don't mean for this post to become a focus for a bunch of complaints--so please don't vent through this thread. Very simply, is support around and is anyone getting resolution or feedback on their respective open tickets?
