I just recently paid the Special Plan and I have a little question on this plan. Doesn't it come with a free registered domain name already? But when I got an email from the support@hostony.com I'm not sure if I understood it or not (probably that is the case but I just want to clarify it) they're asking me to update my dns record to my registrar site. How can I do that when they registered it themselves? And as well if it is already registered how long will it take effect in order for me to access my domain name? Does it really take 72 hours to take effect? If so, will that be 72 business hours or just regular hours?
