I just recently paid the Special Plan and I have a little question on this plan. Doesn't it come with a free registered domain name already? But when I got an email from the support@hostony.com I'm not sure if I understood it or not (probably that is the case but I just want to clarify it) they're asking me to update my dns record to my registrar site. How can I do that when they registered it themselves? And as well if it is already registered how long will it take effect in order for me to access my domain name? Does it really take 72 hours to take effect? If so, will that be 72 business hours or just regular hours?

We registered your domain(free domain). The message: "update your dns record to your registrar site" was sent to you by mistake. You need change any dns.
Sorry for making you confused.
The dns propagation time is 72 regular hours.

I have received email saying my domain will work within 30 minutes... problem is it's still not working so I was wondering if what time zone are you guys in? So I'll know what specific time that '30 minutes' is going to be. I'm sorry but I'm just a little excited on having my site up already lol. I tried to go to my domain which is http://www.chaos-synthesis.com and still coming up cannot be found so it might be a little different time zone for that. The email said March 20, 2005 7:30 pm but I'm not sure if that is the same time as I am which is Eastern Time in Canada.

In the email you received ... you should have got a link something like this ...

http://70.84.105.196/~chaos-synthesis/

The ip will be different ... and the name might be.

You should be able to access your site through that link.

DNS can take awhile .... it could be 1 - 3 days before you can use the name www.chaos-synthesis.com

I can understand that. However if that is the case, then this is the 2nd time that I've received two emails that's been sent to me 'by mistake', if this 2nd one happen to be a mistake lol.

Please use the temporary link in order to access your site before the dns are propagated.
