Ok I am looking at upgrading my VPSSUPER to your Dedicated server package SPECIAL but I have some questions I d like answering first.

my questions:

1. will I get the same support as I would get on my current package?

2. Will I have to pay for cpanel/whm and Fantastico (baring in mind I already have them)

3. Unsupported software installation and system administration - does that mean for example if I asked you to install MMCACH again I d have to pay for the time it takes?
or if my sql side totaly crashes and after I have restarted it it still failes and gives me an error message and I ask you to fix it that I d have to pay for the time?

4. How long would it take to move the account

can anybody answer those questions

1. You will gaet the same support as on your current package.
2. You won't pay for cpanel/whm and Fantastico if your order the Special Dedicated server.
3. You won't have to pay for the software installation. You won't have to pay for the time to fix problems with your server.
4. It will take 1-24 hours to transfer your data from VPS to a dedicated server.
