How long does it take to setup and how soon I can upload my file?

Do you Guarantee your uptime (99%) or (99.9%)?

If I purchase 5000 Mb / 100 Gb plan.
Disk space and database share 5000MB?
Do I need to purchase extra space for database?

If I resell one domain, my clients have its own cpanel?
