Full Version: Need some help with addon domain and redirects ple

I recently purchased an additional domain, and my hosting plan here allows up to 4 addons, so I wanted to host it on my account and keep both domains completely separate from each other.

I added the domain using cpanel just fine, but the problem I'm experiencing is that the original, main domain uses a mod-rewrite redirect to send visitors to another website front-end (sends them to a virtual doctor's office site). That works great, but it also has the side effect of sending everyone typing in the 2nd, added-on domain to the same doctor's office sad.gif

How can I send visitors to the original domain to the mdhub website, but keep the 2nd addon domain unaffected? I would prefer to use mod-rewrite, since I don't want to have an auto refresh page sending visitors. I'd like it to look like this:

www.originaldomain.com -redirect-> www.mdhub.com/myoffice
www.addondomain.com -> www.addondomain.com/indexpage

Thanks in advance.
