Server 207.44.232.113 is currently down. Is there some way we can monitor its status? Or can you tell what's going on right now?

These (quite long) downtimes on our server are too frequent. I would really like to know: Are these downtime caused by some other user of the server doing stupid things, or other suff? In other words, Hostony staff, if I had a dedicated server, would I still have these downtimes (considering the fact that I'm not the stupid user who bring the server to it's knees, if it's what causes these downtimes)? I would really like to know, because if this is it, I will seriously consider getting a dedicated server.

Dear Customers, the downtime was caused by manual fsck. The server is working ok now
