I travel a lot and use my cell phone with my laptop to manage my online business. Recently I upgraded my site with Hostony, and now when I try to view my website, check my email, or use FTP, I no longer have access to any of it. I can still see some of the web sites I know are Hostony based.
This is quite frustrating, and I don't know how to approach this. I know some cellular services block mail, but this doesn't make sense.
Is it possible there is something wrong with the setup of my new server? For instance, in my WHM it always tells me there is no host setup. And when I try to add new domains, support has to reset or restart something... they didn't use to have to do this on my old server.
Advice or comments welcome.
