I was working on one of the pages within my web-site and my computer shut down in the program I was working in. When I reopened it, my page was deleted from my computer somehow. I have it saved in my file manage in cPanel. Is there a way to get it off of there so that I don't have to rebuild it again?

Useing Filemanager you can edit the file then select everything, copy it and then paste it to your editor that you use on your computer and save it. The easiest thing to do would be to use FTP though...

The best way is to edit your files on your computer and then upload them to the server via FTP.
Then your data won't be lost.
