I have just logged a support ticket for this but wanted to share it with the forum also.

I can no longer access my site via any web browser.

When you type my URL "www.noofny.com" you get prompted for a username/password. This is not right and I have only just noticed it. I am not sure how long it has been like this but my site was working fine since it was setup. I can FTP to my site and see my files but cannot open them, delete them, etc.

It will be interesting to see what mistake has been made at Hostony this time. It would take a common logic to guess the file permissions have been screwed up by someone - but lets see if they fullfill my request and admit what was done to rectify this.

Last time I had an issue and asked to be told the cause I felt like an Auditor at Enron.

We are working on the problem.

I found out how to fix the problem.
I need to delete yourdomain from HELM and create it again.
If you have some important mail or dbs please backup them or let me know."

I have given them the go ahead.
