Well I have leave the live support for the forum or the ticket system beacause often they told my to open a ticket. It about 45 minutes that my site are down. I have take a site for monitoring to know what is my uptime.
Do you have problem often ?

I have found 2 site that is free or practicly.
1. www.internetseer.com - free if you participe to survey. (multiple recipiend alert, 1 site, if you paid 30$ per year), check hourly
2. www.siteuptime.com - free with logo on site (ok for me) (one recipient, public stat if you whant, multplie check), check half hour
