hello, old customer here. i renewed the service feb 7th i and was billed $142.20 which i presume is for the special shared offer (i used to have the reseller one). thats cool with me, but it seems all of my userinfo has changed.
i've been without internet for 3-4 months due to appartment movement so i need info on which server i'm on and login details for cpanel. the login i had before doesnt work, the support system doesnt wanna log me in (allthough the password has been reset and sent to me twice the last 20 mins) and i really need to upload something to my acount as soon as possible ffs.
