hello, i run http://hardlucksusan.net, and i was wonering, since my website cannot be found, is it down? or is my service time up? would it be possible to get a backup of all my files off of my cpanel? and when my service time ends?

i found out the answer to my questions except, can i back up my files, theyre really important?

To backup your site just go to cPanel and then Backup. From there you can choose what to backup. If you want to back everything up then click on "Generate/Download a Full Backup"

If you just want to backup individual files then download them to your computer using your FTP program or cPanel's File Manager.
