--------------------------------

why now i ping the nameservers and i get the IP of server20 instead of each plns ip ?

Pinging ns1.wizhosting.com.ar [67.15.16.19]
Pinging ns2.wizhosting.com.ar [67.15.16.19]

greetings and thanks in advance.
Alec
It's fixed now
MartinB
thank you very much.
MartinB
wowowowow!!!

give a look to http://ns1.wizhosting.com.ar

all right, my "ns1" webpage, of course, but now, give a look to http://ns2.wizhosting.com.ar/

What the h*** ?? a "voltlabs.voltaiccommerce.com" phpnuke showed in my ns2 subdomain for the nameserver ??? biggrin.gif

i have checked the html in my /ns2/ subdomain and can't found some mysthical redirection, i think there is some ns issue huh.gif

Best regards and thanks in advance for the fix.
ser_pros
The reason is that subdomain voltlabs.voltaiccommerce.com has a dedicated IP 67.15.24.115.
That's why you see its page.
MartinB
cool....so?
carahost
same happened to me 2 weeks ago, my ns2.XXXXXXXXXXXX.com was pointing to someone elses website, then the server went down for whole night and next morning everything was up and running blink.gif
MartinB
great! so I need wait for a critical crash of the server ? smile.gif dry.gif
Alexandre
I can explain you why it shows ns2.wizhosting.com.ar instead of the "There is no website configured at this address."

The both names ns2.wizhosting.com.ar and voltlabs.voltaiccommerce.com use the

same dedicated IP address.

If you want we can change it.
MartinB
I have designed a web page for the ns1 and ns2, if somebody try to go to the dns trought http, he will see my business logo... (you can look at http://wizhosting.com.ar/ns2/)... That's what I like, and it was working.
Now, I think you sell this IP as dedicated to voltlabs.voltaiccommerce.com..... so, do you think there is a solution for this NOT changing my ns2 IP ? I don't want that my clients think that there is a relationship between my business and "voltaicommerce".

best regards and thanks in advance

Isn't this an oxymoron? blink.gif
Both using the same dedicated ip...

1 : devoted to a cause, ideal, or purpose : ZEALOUS <a dedicated scholar>
2 : given over to a particular purpose <a dedicated process control computer>
Alec
Each ip address is dedicated concerning web usage or name servers. You can have 2 ip addresses for the name servers but you can't use it for web site and vice versa.

i have the same problem since last thursday, my ns1 is pointing to another website and my ns2 is showing the cpanel page "there is not website configure at this address."
when is this gonna be fixed for good????? i dont care if they have the same ip or whatever the reason is, it should work
MartinB
now my http://ns1.wizhosting.com.ar/ have problems too, shows the cpanel page.
Alexandre
Nameserver is not a site!!!

It is used for system needs, to manage internet traffic and to point a site to the IP address.

It's not a subdomain.
ns1.wizhosting.com.ar

Your link shows correct result:
QUOTE
"there is no website configure at this address."
MartinB
ok! ok! biggrin.gif

I'll accept that, before than you get stressed wink.gif

ps: for your understanding of why I was complaining about that, just give a look to this post (Feb 8) wink.gif

All right at my end, it was just a "look&feel whim"
