I dont know if this had anything to do with my problem, but i just realized that my allocated disk space of 3 gigas has been narrowed to just 1 giga.

But that is false.
Cpanel General account information says one thing :Disk usage 3000.00 Megabytes (this is false)
and Cpanel Disk Usage Viewer says another (wich is the true one):
