I am having trouble getting my dreamweaver to connect through to mysql I am getting the same error that this person was having

I have read through it and done exactly what was said on here, the only thing I havent done it given hostony my ip (does this have to be done to get access?)

By default remote access to mysql database is denied. It's designed to prevent possible DOS attacks on mysql service. We enable access for every customer on his request. So you need to open a trouble ticket and notify your ip address there.
