I bought a package on thurday and I got the e-mail through saying it was done, but it stated that I already had my domain, I havent I asked for it to come with the package (the free domain). I sent an e-mail to support and go a message back saying it has been done and I dont need to do anything more, that was on thursday.

I have checked today and it still doesnt hasnt been registered (according to numerous sites which have the facility to check if a domain is available or not).

Does anyone know how long it takes?

I just want to get on with the site, I have a lot of work to do on it and every day its fixed is one less day for me, please help me
