Alec can you getting billing to correct the invoice to 24 months not 12 as the invoice has been made out for, then I can pay you guys, they have ignored my notes on ref 2722 for 24 months.

Guess what still no progress ticket 2722 still open, its your money you are losing, its for 24 months not 12, ref 2722 states 24 months on at least 3 occasions so why invoice for 12 ?
