I have followed the instructions in a previous post on adding in a new domain which were:
Step by Step guide
1. Login to your control panel.
2. Click on the "Addon domains icon"
3. In the filed "New addon domain" enter domain name of the domain you want to host
4. In the field "Username/directory name:" enter the name of the directory your new domain files will reside. this directory will be created under public_html of your main domain.
5. Fill field password with desired password for the new domain.

When I do this, it just adds in a sub-domain, not a new domain. Nothing shows up under the list of add-on domains. Why is this? I should be able to add two add-on domains with my account.
