I am planning to change host account to you. I want to resell hosting account. I host 30 domains so far. I always hosted with shared hosting so I don't know how is to host virtual dedicated. Can you help me to chose between private label reseller plan ( starter ) and virtual dedicated (vpsstart)

You won't feel difference between shared hosting and virtual server. You will manage your account from the same WHM. But there will no any other accounts on your server - only your ones.
