I've been hanging on for half an hour to hear ANYTHING from the online MSN support
Our database has failed with a db file not found error... and I'm recieving no support.
Yesterday our site was down for hours due to 'lack of disc space' on an 'unlimited' account.
What the hell is going on? This is not the service purchased... nor the support level expected.

An hour and 20 minuites and I have been told nothing's wrong.
Despite both my InnoDB tables in my database having vanished - and the InnoDB option having vanished from MySQL with no explanation
What's going on?

Fixed now, thank god.
Two hours today, 4 yesterday.... not a good week.
