Hello,
Can you tell me if you allow a live chat messaging service for customer service support on websites hosted by you? Such as those sites you go to and get a 'live rep not available' button that can be clicked. Is that allowed?
More specifically, software such as:
www.typicity.com
www.live2support.com
etc...
I was going to implement that on a site but would like to know if it is allowed by you.
Thank you,
Matt

We had not experience with hosting these 2 systems.
In case they are properly coded and won't overload a server we can allow them.
We had experience with kayako.com liveresponse system and it performes greatly. We can allow it. As for other such systems we can allow them if they are as good or better than liveresponse in terms of server resources usage.

We have used Live2support.com. This is hosted solution and does not create any load on my web server. Great functions at great prices with prompt support.
