Full Version: Wierd Domain Resolution Problem

webshane
I added an "AddOn" domain to my account www.webshane.com. The add on domain is imblercomputer.com. It worked fine all day and resolved correctly. Now it will only resolve if I type:

imblercomptuer.com

into my browser, and not

www.imbler computer.com

Any suggestions? And yes, I have already tried removing the addon domain and re-adding it again.
Lehrer
webshane, your site is now resolving, with or without www. You can ask other people here to try it smile.gif www.imblercomputer.com

Please try it. It still will only resolve to imblercomputer.com and not www.imblercomputer.com. Something is amis!

If I clear the DNS cache on my server and then go to www.imblercomputer.com the parent domain records as "imblercomputer.com"

It should record as "www.imblercomputer.com"

When I go to hostony.com it recores as Uses Host Domain "www" "www.hostony.com"
as an example.

Please be attentive what you input in the browser's line.

As I have stated above, both variants are working.

Sorry Lehrer, but it's not working for me either. I can get to http://imblercomputer.com/ just fine but I get a "http://www.imblercomputer.com/ could not be found" notice when I try the www.
