All of Server25 is down.
Apparently this was "system work" on this server. We had no advanced warning at all of this maintenence/work/reboot.
I am personally getting very irritated with the 1hr+ reboots of this server. There is NO reason to be rebooting this server so much. If you cannot figure out how to keep Linux stable and running properly you shouldnt be running it. OR if its due to too many users, then SPEND some money and order up another few servers to lighten the load and keep from having to reboot them constantly. This is Absurd.
Please provide an ETA on it coming back up.

Thats like saying you are over the ocean on your way to Europe. You could either be 30min from landing or 11hours!
The hardware part of the boot and loading daemons after the fsck are all minimal time, the fsck is what takes forever.
Up now, 45min down.

Is there a way Support can inform clients by means of using an alternative emailaddress of clients.
I guess Support has a list of sites used on a specific server. If they ask the owners of those sites to provide an alternative emailaddress for informational purposes, then they can announce this kind of maintenance's.

If its scheduled maintenence, they should just post it in the Announcement forums, that is what they are for. If there is a problem with the server and it requires are reboot, again, post it in the announcement forums.

I logged into Cpanel, and it's showing that I'm using 4.9GB. However, I'm pretty sure I'm only at 2.5GB in actual data, which is under the 4GB limit.

Well, Cpanel stopped responding, and I can't get into FTP to delete that file.
Also, now non of my emails are working. Specifically, the POP3 and SMTP. I haven't tried the webmail, but I rarely use that.

Never mind on the Book2.zip. Whatever it was, I deleted it. I couldn't even download it. It didn't show up on my FTP client, but it did show up on the CPanel file manager.
Any response to my issues here?

supergodoffunk, DNS and Zend issues are fixed now. Sorry for the delay. As for mail please open a trouble ticket and provide email login and password for it. We'll test it on our machines.

What ever the new server is, it's even less stable than the last one I was on. 50% of the time I visit my own sites, i get 'Page not found'. But other half of the time it works, then it bombs out again. And this is the same thing happening to my email now (The NDR seems to have been fixed).
I did a 'ping -t'. And just in case you guys try and say 'hey it's not us, it's your isp', I included another ping -t for google. I also had my friend ping it from his house in RI (I am in MD), and he is getting the same results. This is REALLY BAD.

So it's a known problem. WHAT ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? The problem existed and then you guys went into the problem, not the other way around.
Until 70* issue is resolved, it looks like the server IP should be changed to something thats not blocked. Because at this point, the server is USELESS.
