I already have a domain registered through another registrar.

Now I want to do the hosting with you, but NOT transfer the domain registration to you.

Can I do this ? i.e. just do the hosting with you ?

You can have your domains registered in one place and have Hostony host the webcontent and email services. You don't need to use Hostony as your registrar. I have multiple domains hosted here that are registered with a few different registrars. Not a problem. Your registrar needs to allow you to change DNS settings to point at Hostony nameservers. That also is usually very easy to do. Most registrars have a website you can access to manage your own domains.
