The thing is my ISP can access this URL.

Mee to. But, when I go to this URL - I see HELP login page, after submit I see "error 404 page not found". After I go again to this URL - "under construction..."

If I close browser windows with HELP login prompt and open it again - "under construction..."

It seems to me that IIS retrieves my IP dynamic address and denies my access sad.gif

Why????????????

You should make a single click on the button.
If you press a few times on the button you'll get the IIS error page.
