My site is down and support at Hostony is telling me I need to make changes to the Nameservers but Hostony is where I registered the site. Do you have web based form where I can make this change?

You need to do the changes with your current domain name registrar.
Please contat your registrar for the URL to the form.

I believe you guys are my REGISTRAR since I created the site with hostony 18 months ago.

Why would you guys change the Nameserver without notifying me? Also how can I make sure I have authority to make the change in the future?
