I would like to know how to cancel an account?
I have sent 6 emails over the last 4 days with no replys.
open a trouble ticket,
http://support.hostony.com/user.php and at the same time send a cancellation notice to billing@hostony.com with the ticket number.

That's correct. You should contact our billing department(billing@hostony.com) and they'll start the procedure.
