I am trying to get Dreamweaver FTP established to my site. I have entered into Dreamweaver the FTP host, the host directory, and the username and password I set up in CPanel for a new FTP account.

The host is contacted successfully, then I time out waiting for the server.

Any suggestions. I tried to chat with the online support personnel (Vadim) and was told to change my NS by contacting the registrar. I don't have any information on either of these.

Can you assist with any useful info?

does it help to switch dreamweaver to passive ftp mode?

No, I have tried it both ways, plus tweaked all the parameters every way I could think of:

FTP Host
Host Directory
FTPID (set up in CPanel FTP tool & set in DW)
FTPID Password (set up in CPanel FTP tool and set in DW)

The domain is www.growhappier.com. Apparently the server IP address is 67.15.52.34 since that is the link to my CPanel login location.

growhappier is pointing to 64.66.64.32

You need to login to 000domains.com and change your nameservers to the ones hostony provided you with.
