CGI can be really hard, and it's wonderful when there is someone who knows it backward and forward that can help find the little errors and appropriate absolute paths etc. It gets so overwhelming!

Programming consulting is very hard thing. One should have to study the problem, then to study a written code and locate a bug. In some cases for a programmer writing code from scratch is less time consuming.

That's why we cannot offer it included with hosting packages. Our support cannot concentrate for a half a day on one cutomer script leaving others with no support. Though we have a programming department and in rare cases when bug/problem is very annoing we may ask them to help customer with it.
