Now, these emails are all after hours and hours of staying on their support chat room waiting for someone to help me, when someone from support finally comes in, they ask for the problem, I tell them, then they NEVER respond back.
I'm generally a calm and humorous person, but getting support for this is harder than finding Jesus.
