My website was suspended, NO idea why, so I send support an email:



They reply:

Not *sheet* sherlock, anyway, so I contact billing department..



And one day later (they advertise that they have 24/7 365 days support, but whatever):



Now, these emails are all after hours and hours of staying on their support chat room waiting for someone to help me, when someone from support finally comes in, they ask for the problem, I tell them, then they NEVER respond back.

I'm generally a calm and humorous person, but getting support for this is harder than finding Jesus.

Even so, I have something called an e-mail, companies usually use it to send me spam, but I believe I could've gotten one warning me of anything wrong this time.
