Full Version: Obligatory vague subject line, i.e. QUESTION FOR YOU!
Hostony Board > General > Pre-Sales Questions

I love that half the topics on this board have subjects like "A Question" and "A couple of questions." It sure does make it easy for people to find information. Of course, why the hell should I care whether or not somebody besides me gets the information that I'm spoon-fed by the nifty e-mail topic reply notification?

Seriously, though; I'm sure this has been asked before (not that I could find this information on my own without stumbling across it by pure chance), but are you set up to allow http://yourdomain.com to resolve to http://www.yourdomain.com without any additional work on my part? In other words, can the "www" be left off the address? Does this happen automatically or do I have to A) ask you to do it for me, or cool.gif Figure out how to do it myself?

Thanks.
Alec
There are both urls are enabled for you after set up: http://yourdomain.com and http://www.yourdomain.com

We can disable one of them if you need.

Thanks. I probably be signing up soon. I'm really impressed by the fast and informative customer support I've been reading about on this forum.

I just signed up about an hour ago. I can't wait to get philthysanchez.com up and running. I hope Hostony turns out to be as good as they sound.
