Hi. I am using a windows server and have set up an ftp user through Helm. The only permissions I see that are assignable there are read and write. When I connect to the site, I cannot replace or delete files. When I try, I get a 550 : Access is denied error.

I have to log in using Helm and use the file manager option to delete the file I want to replace, then go back to the ftp session to send over the new file. What a pain.
