I would like to have the domain kacfny.org transferred back to me. How can we go about this?

Currently it is not registered to me as it was when I created and registered the site with you a year ago. I would like to have the domain name register transferred back to me. You guys registered it to Serge Riabchuck on Jan 23rd 2005 a day after you charged my credit card on the 22nd of January. The name had expired and you re-registered it under your company not back to me eventhough a payment was made.
Please do the right thing.
