Hi,

I have change dthe DSNs for two domain names to sn1.bionetric.com and sn2.bionetric.com. These now appear under the new DSNs in a WhoIs search.

Although I have added them to HELM I can not seem to access them yet. Is there a standard refresh time that we need to wait to laps before we can start managing the domains in HELM?

Yes, it's a refresh time and it may take upto 72 hours
