Concerning addon domains... do they show up as completely different websites to the end user? eg. If I add a domain "bar.com" onto my existing domain "foo.com", no traces of foo.com would appear in my new bar.com site, like in the address bar, urls, file paths, etc?

Wanna make sure before the domain is transferred...

It will unless they dig the DNS records and see the subdomain of bar.com.foo.com that is added by cpanel as well as www.bar.com.foo.com. Nothing major there though. The domain will be accessible by foo.com/bar.com as well... I'd suggest some .htaccess rewrite rules to fix those to keep the search engines out of it.

But yes, the Domain appears to be completely different with some minor tweaks.
