i upgraded my account http://TrackAndFieldPhoto.com yesterday. now the ssh/ftp password fails, http is very slow, and email logon fails intermittently and when it does succeed, email is slow.

i did not receive any emails from you regarding a change in passwords, so can you send me the new default passwords.

No, we didn't change your passwords. I saw your help desk request responded by Alexander Kanevsky, seems it was just some misunderstanding.
But if you are still experiencing problems please open a new trouble ticket.
